All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate at the time of invoice.

Payment terms are as agreed at the time of order confirmation. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. Title to goods does not pass until payment is received in full.

Delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver on the agreed date but shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from late delivery.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for ensuring that adequate arrangements are in place to receive the delivery. Any shortages or damage must be reported to us in writing within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns are only accepted with our prior written agreement. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.

Specially ordered or non-standard items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Cancellations must be made in writing and may be subject to a cancellation charge to cover costs already incurred.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Masterbuild Trading Ltd shall not be liable for:

• •Any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage arising from the supply of goods or services.
• •Loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill.
• •Any loss arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
